Papers of Harold H. Haak, 1954-1997.

The collection is chiefly comprised of materials relating to Dr. Haak's career as a university administrator. An ardent proponent of "shared governance" and "collegiality", he wrote extensively on the impact of collective bargaining on higher education. He also wrote on managing successful athletic programs, and was the author of two works of fiction, "Parable of a President" and "Victim to Victor". The collection also contains biographical information, personal correspondence, and photographs.
